We operate a 3 stage process

1. Verbal agreement (holds your flat for 24 hours).
2. Reservation – £750 advance rental per flat ( within 24-48 hrs of 1by EFT only) – Reservation process secures your flat. This process is important and designed to assist  you in securing a flat.
3. Completion of lease – to take place within 2 weeks of 1 above following completion of application procedures, and requires separate payment of occupation deposit and fuel deposit of £225.50 each at completion by EFT.
